Advice of the year for me. Bookmarked. Usually when I felt discomfort in an activity, I take a break. Like sometimes my thoughts scream that writing sucks. Leave it right now. In those situations I take a break. Taking a break helps my mind to think more rationally rather emotionally. I return to my work after half and hour with more willingness to achieve my goals.
